Refund & Cancellation

Learn about cancellations, item returns, and refund processing for prescriptions and medicines.

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched from the pharmacy branch. Once the delivery agent has picked up the package, order cancellations are not permitted.

For monthly refill subscriptions, you can skip, delay, modify, or cancel your upcoming scheduled cycles via the "My Refills" dashboard at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled packing date.

2. Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only under the following circumstances:

  • Medications or products delivered do not match your approved prescription/invoice.
  • The packaging or bottle seal was damaged or leaked prior to delivery.
  • The batch delivered has already expired.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once handed over to the patient:

  • Insulin, vaccines, and any cold-chain medications requiring continuous temperature-controlled storage.
  • Medicines with opened blister packs, strips, or broken safety seals.
  • Specialized diagnostic tools, health devices, or personal hygiene products.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Payments made online (sandbox simulation or payment gateway) will be refunded back to the original payment source.
