1. Services Scope

Mahaveer Medicals provides online catalog search, delivery quotes estimation, prescription submissions, and automatic monthly refill configurations.

2. Prescription Requirements

To place orders for drugs classified as scheduled medications (Rx), you MUST provide a valid, legible digital copy of a doctor's prescription.

Orders will only be prepared and dispatched AFTER our licensed in-house pharmacist reviews the physical or uploaded prescription, verifies the dosages, and approves the billing inventory.

3. Pricing & Sandbox Simulations

The digital platform allows sandbox credit balances simulation. All listed prices are MRPs or standard discount rates mapped by the store administrator. Available stocks are synced locally and subject to retail pharmacy limits.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must verify that your email address and mobile numbers are correct to receive order statuses, OTP validations, and delivery notifications.
